Select Realty (1994) and Firstplan Financial (1997) are located in Pewaukee, WI. The companies were started by Kevin Woldt with help from his wife, Kim. Kevin concentrates on sales and marketing for both companies. A licensed Broker, Kim handles administration and accounting for Select Realty.

When you contact us by telephone you are greeted with "Select Firstplan"! That is because we are proud of the crossover in services provided by our companies.

Over the years many of our clients have benefited from the one stop shopping option that we provide. We pride ourselves on developing long term customer relations and have found many of our clients use both our real estate and financial services. The testmonials section of this website contains samples of our clients' experience.

Our goal is to be known as a family company with the resources to service our clients throughout the country. Over the years we have done just that. Many of our clients have sold their homes through us, moved out of town and remained our clients through their investment relationship.
